Cafe Green Mama is the calm counterpart to the truck downstairs. Cane pendant lamps, a green and white checkerboard floor, planting up every wall and windows along one side that turn gold in the late afternoon.

The kitchen runs European rather than Punjabi: freshly brewed coffee, pasta and small plates, artisan sandwiches and toasts, handcrafted pizzas and desserts. It is where breakfast happens, and where guests tend to sit out the afternoon heat.
