Punjab Di Truck sits at street level directly below the hotel, open to the road, with drum tables painted in truck-livery yellow. Eighty seats, a menu of more than a hundred dishes, and food that arrives fast because most of it is cooked to order on a griddle you can see.

Guests come down for chole bhature and kulcha, and stay for the lassi. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are served, and the kitchen will happily cook vegan on request.
