Punjab Di Truck
Punjabi food at street level, under a yellow canopy, at the foot of the hotel.
Built to look like a highway truck. Cooks like a Punjabi kitchen.
Punjab Di Truck sits at street level directly below the hotel, open to the road, with drum tables painted in truck-livery yellow. Eighty seats, a menu of more than a hundred dishes, and food that arrives fast because most of it is cooked to order on a griddle you can see.
Guests come down for chole bhature and kulcha, and stay for the lassi. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are served, and the kitchen will happily cook vegan on request.

What people order.
The chole bhature and the lassi carry the reviews. The dal makhani and paneer dilruba are what the kitchen is quietly proudest of.
