These terms apply to your use of sugarstarsinn.com and to any booking made directly with Hotel Sugar Stars Inn, D 63/10-B-1 Mahmoorganj, Varanasi 221010, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Sending the form on this website starts a conversation. It does not reserve a room. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you directly by WhatsApp, email or phone, and told you the rate.

Rates

Rates depend on the date, the room and how long you stay. We quote you before you commit. Taxes are charged as required by law. Rates shown on Booking.com, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip or Tripadvisor are set on those platforms and are subject to their terms, not these.

Check-in, check-out and cancellation

Identification

Indian law requires every guest to present valid photo identification at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa, which we are required to record.

Conduct and damage

• Parking is for guests only. Vehicles belonging to non-guests are not permitted.
• Smoking is allowed only in rooms designated as smoking rooms. Tell us your preference at check-in.
• Guests are responsible for damage to the room or to hotel property caused during the stay.

Services arranged on your behalf

Cars, drivers, guides and boat rides are arranged by us with local operators. We choose people we trust and we will quote you a price before you commit, but the service itself is delivered by that operator.

This website

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can. Photographs show our actual rooms and premises. Room layouts and furnishings vary slightly between rooms of the same type. Distances to landmarks are approximate and depend on the route taken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
