What this site collects
The enquiry form on this website does not send anything to a server of ours. When you press Send Enquiry, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed, and nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that message yourself. If you do send it, the message reaches our front desk and is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
The information you may choose to give us this way is your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, room preference and anything you write in the message box.
What we do with it
- Answer your enquiry and hold or confirm a booking.
- Arrange the things you asked for, such as an airport pickup, a car or a boat.
- Contact you about that specific stay.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you made an enquiry.
Third parties on this page
- Google Fonts and unpkg serve the typefaces and icons. Your browser requests these files directly from those providers, which means they receive your IP address.
- Google Maps is embedded on the contact page. It loads only on that page and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp receives any enquiry you choose to send through the form or the chat button.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Embedded third parties named above may set their own.
Bookings made elsewhere
If you book through Booking.com, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip or Tripadvisor, that company collects your data under its own policy and passes us what it needs to. This policy does not cover them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sugarstarsinn@gmail.com and we will respond. Note that we may need to keep certain guest records where Indian law requires it.
Book direct with the hotel.
Call the desk and speak to the family, or send your dates and we reply the same day. No booking fee, and we hold the room.
